COMMUNITY GARDEN AREA

In this proposal, we aim to connect the gardening area to the existing gardening zone, Lintávy, and the planned new gardening zone (currently also an orchard), thus creating a unified territory. The addressed area has a sloping character oriented towards the southwest. This territory has undergone various changes, where it once formed beautiful vineyards with the potential for wine cultivation. After the onset of communism and subsequent collectivization, the vineyards were transformed into orchards.

After the fall of the regime, the plots were returned to their owners in a neglected state, who requested the then leadership of the municipality of Stupava to return the land to its original state before collectivization. However, this never happened, and the orchards gradually deteriorated.
